FAQs

What ages are Dynamyx birthday parties for?
Dynamyx birthday parties are designed for children ages 3 and up.

How long is a birthday party?
Each party is 2 hours in total:

  • 1 hour 15 minutes in the gym
  • 45 minutes in the Party Room

What happens during the gym portion of the party?
The gym portion is guided by a Dynamyx coach with support from coaching staff. Children enjoy time in the gym while our team helps guide the activities and keep the group organized.

Do parents need to stay on the gym floor?
Children age 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult on the gym floor. Older children participate with the coaching staff during the gym portion.

How many participants can attend?
A standard birthday party includes up to 15 participants.

You may have up to 20 participants for an additional $10 per participant over 15.

Parties with more than 20 participants may also be possible. These require an additional coach, and the extra-participant fee remains $10 per participant.

Can we bring our own food?
Yes. Families may bring their own food for the Party Room portion of the celebration.

Is there a fridge or freezer available?
Yes. A fridge and freezer are available for party food.

What is provided in the Party Room?
The Party Room includes approximately:

  • 6 tables, about 6 ft × 2.5 ft each
  • 15–20 folding chairs

Is someone available to help when guests arrive?
Yes. Check-in staff are available at the front desk to assist with waivers and questions as guests arrive.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least two weeks before your party, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within two weeks of the party, a $50 cancellation fee will be retained and the remaining amount will be refunded.

The two-week period determines the refund amount; it does not mean a party cannot be cancelled within two weeks.

How do I check availability or book a party?
Birthday party availability changes as bookings are made. Please use the current registration or booking options, or contact Dynamyx directly for current availability.
