What to expect at a Dynamyx Field Trip:
1 hour and 15 minutes in the gym
Students will play a game and perform a general stretch.
After stretch and a brief safety talk, students will travel around the gym in grops exploring different stations.
Stations generally last 7-12 minutes, depending on the number of students.
We recommend a minimum of one helper per group. Maximum of 5 groups. Students will have the opportunity to try out all the gym equipment, floor, bars, vault, beam, and the foam pit!

- Up to 15 participants - $150
- Up to 20 participants - $190
- Up to 30 participants - $255
- Up to 40 participants - $320
For safety reasons we can not take more than 40 participants per trip.

Dynamyx boasts as 24 500 square foot facility. We have an abundance of gymnastics equipment. We also have an in-ground foam pit, climbing ropes and numerous other pieces conditioning equipment. Our conditioning training sessions are great ways to build team spirit and cohesiveness. After each session teams are given “free time” to explore the facility and all its wonders. Our coaches are all certified gymnastics and trampoline coaches with extensive experience.
Team Building
Opportunity to play games and participate in team building activities. Activities are based on having fun and participating as a group. We welcome specific requests!
Team Building with General Conditioning
Similar to Team Building, with the inclusion of general core conditioning activities. Activities can be tailored to be sport-specific or general conditioning. You may also request to focus on a particular aspect such as flexibility, leg strength, running techniques etc.
Conditioning
The focus is primarily on conditioning. Activities may be tailored to suit your team’s specific goals, or you can request general conditioning activities. We will ensure that there is a fair amount of FUN added in for good measure.

We are also able to accommodate daytime bookings for Sports Academies and Phys Ed classes. Sports Teams times are available on weekend evening for 1 to 2 hour durations.
